UI/UX Design

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using Figma.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business goals.
• Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all platforms and products.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
• Implement animations and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement and delight.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design and development alignment.
• Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design and development practices

Required Skills

• UI/UX Design:
  • Proficiency in Figma (including Variables, Components, Prototyping, and Animation).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
  • Portfolio showcasing interactive prototypes, animations, and user-centered designs.
• Web Design:
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (including CSS3 animations), and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A passion for staying updated with the latest design and development trends.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
• Experience with motion design tools like After Effects or Lottie.
• Knowledge of scripting and voice-over production.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms.

• Preference with Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• 2.5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and frontend development.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Figma, WordPress, Webflow, Framer and CSS3 animations.
